Ideas for teachers with little time and/or too much workload

What is MEME?
Teachers who have a huge workload, like many of us, often feel they just don't have the energy any more to create communicative activities, because preparing them is time-consuming but in class they are done in only a few minutes and their efficiency is doubtful. Wonderful ideas often take a lot of time and energy to prepare for class, and after a decade or two in the teaching profession you might find yourself sick of the idea that you'll have no time for your family and hobbies while getting more and more exhausted and disillusioned in your job.
Hopefully you are still enthusiastic about making your teaching interesting and motivating for your students - so here's my suggestion:
